How does Loyvero work?

Add a unique Loyvero QR reward card to an order or purchase. The customer scans it, signs in with their email address and chooses an available reward. The saved reward gives them a reason to return for a future purchase, visit or order.

Does Loyvero work with Wolt, Bolt Food, Uber Eats and other delivery platforms?

Yes. Loyvero works alongside platforms such as Wolt, Bolt Food, Uber Eats, Just Eat and Thuisbezorgd. No direct platform integration is required: the merchant adds a Loyvero QR reward card to the order.

Loyvero can also be used for takeaway orders and purchases made directly in a physical shop.

Do I need a POS integration, special hardware or an app?

No. Loyvero works without a POS integration, additional hardware or a customer app. Merchants manage rewards through the Loyvero dashboard, and customers use the browser on their phone.

What does Loyvero cost?

Standard costs €79 per month excluding VAT. Premium costs €149 per month excluding VAT and includes 100 Loyvero AI actions per month and Premium telephone support.

Loyvero takes 0% of your sales and does not charge a fee for each reward claimed or redeemed.

How does the 30-day free trial work?

Your 30-day free trial begins only after your real store has been approved and activated. Exploring the demo or submitting an application does not start the trial.

No paid subscription starts automatically. Before the trial ends, you must explicitly choose Standard or Premium if you want to continue.

Can I cancel at any time?

Accepted Answer

Yes. There is no long-term contract. During the free trial, cancellation takes effect immediately. Paid subscriptions have one calendar month’s notice.

Who chooses the rewards, and does every customer receive one?

The merchant creates the rewards, decides their availability and stock, and controls which rewards participate in each campaign.

Every eligible customer receives a reward opportunity. Customers do not pay to participate, stake money or place bets. Loyvero is a loyalty rewards system, not a gambling product.

What customer information can my business access?

Accepted Answer

When customers voluntarily provide their email address through Loyvero, the merchant can use the permitted information to manage the loyalty relationship and communicate with customers where legally allowed.

Access and use must follow applicable privacy, consent and marketing laws. Providing this information does not give the merchant unrestricted rights to use customer data.

Is customer data sent to the AI provider?

Individual customer records are not sent to the AI provider. Loyvero AI uses only account information relevant to the merchant’s request, such as reward and campaign settings.

Nothing created by Loyvero AI is applied automatically. The merchant must review and approve a proposal first.

Can Loyvero be adapted to my country and business?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Loyvero supports country-specific settings, languages, time zones, branding and applicable feature restrictions. Some functionality may be limited where local legal or regulatory requirements make that necessary.

How quickly can I get started?

Accepted Answer

After an application is reviewed and approved, Loyvero helps configure the store, branding, initial rewards and first campaign. You can usually start the same day or the next working day. The trial starts only when the real store is activated.
